Fireweed & Fig is a luxury grazing and charcuterie studio based in Anchorage, Alaska. Every board, box and grazing table is designed by hand — abundant, intentional, and styled to be the first thing your guests photograph.
We source with care: exceptional cured meats, artisan cheeses, organic fruits, premium nuts, marinated olives, house-selected preserves, and the seasonal details that make a spread feel alive. Nothing is pre-packed by someone else; nothing is ordinary.
